Robin Strup Koski lives in Salt Lake City, Utah and has built her career as a senior leader focused on helping organizations build values aligned cultures that foster employee engagement, open communication, and trust. She currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Engagement and Communications at Dataminr, the global leader in AI powered real time event, threat, and risk intelligence, where she leads enterprise wide employee experience, culture, internal communications, learning and development, and responsible technology adoption for a high growth technology organization. She has held senior roles across numerous technology companies, helping organizations navigate change, strengthen trust, and align people and culture with business strategy.
Robin brings more than 25 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and change leadership. She co-founded Apothecarie, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations build strategies to strengthen employee engagement, expand learning and development opportunities, and improve the everyday experience of work for their people. In addition to her executive background, she has prior school board experience and has worked closely with leadership and boards on communications, enrollment, fundraising, and community engagement.
Outside of work, Robin is an avid mountaineer and enjoys yoga, Pilates, and running. She is honored to serve on the Mountain West Montessori Academy Board and to support MWMA’s mission, students, families, and educators.
Serving K-9 students as a tuition-free, public charter school based on the globally-established Montessori philosophy of education.
